The 10th Space Debris Workshop
Call for Presentations

We invite presentations on all topics related to space debris problems including the following categories. Presentations that have already been presented at other conferences are also welcomed, but please check the copyrights of said conferences before submitting your presentation materials.

Categories: Observation, SSA and STM, Modeling, Protection, Mitigation, Remediation, Legal Policy, and others

The deadline for submission is August. 31, 2022.

An abstract (around 200 words) is required in the application. Preprints of the 10th Space Debris Workshop will be prepared based on this abstract for distribution to participants of the workshop.
The abstract can include one monochrome figure. Please send it to the 10th Space Debris Workshop secretariat (debris-ws10@chofu.jaxa.jp) in JPEG, PNG, BMP or TIFF format. A figure pasted in “.pptx” or “.docx” is also available, but please do not convert to PDF.

This workshop has Japanese and English sessions. In the Japanese session, presenters speak in Japanese, but their presentation materials, abstracts, and proceedings are to be written in English.

The speaker for a poster session must be an onsite participant, except for an all-online event due to the COVID-19 situation.
For the benefit of online participants, please take a video preview of your poster content in advance. Details will be announced later.

Abstracts will be selected by considering the content, quality, and number of applications in each category.

Acceptance or rejection will be announced via e-mail by mid-September.

A full paper is not required, but please submit your presentation materials to publish proceedings of this workshop.
